- The AI System Setup and Strategy Session both start with a short intake form.
- Clients provide their own paid AI plan. Claude Pro is the default, around $30 AUD per month. ChatGPT is an option, discussed before intake.
- The Time Drain Calculator is free and needs no signup beyond an email.
