AI won't change your life.
An AI system will.

Anyone can chat with ChatGPT. I'll show you how to turn it into a system that actually holds your work. Taught in plain English, by someone with no tech background either.

Your AI setup, done properly.

You've watched the tutorials. You've read the threads.

You're still re-explaining yourself to your AI every single time you open it.

That's a setup problem. Here's how we fix it.

This is a done-with-you setup for Claude Cowork, the tool I use to run AI as a proper system. Prefer ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini? I can build it there instead.

Getting your AI properly set up doesn't require:

  • Spending a weekend watching someone else's course
  • Googling how to set your AI up properly
  • Figuring out your brand voice prompt from scratch
  • Hoping the default settings are good enough
  • Your AI standing instructions and rules
  • Brand voice file: how you write, what you avoid, your tone
  • Stop-slop rules: a list of AI phrases and patterns to block
  • Filing structure: how your project folders are named and organised
  • Skills files: pre-built instructions for recurring tasks like drafting emails or writing social posts
  • A plain-English setup guide so you can make changes yourself going forward

One thing: a paid AI plan, which is what actually runs your setup. I build on Claude Pro (around $34 AUD/month) by default. Bring your laptop to the call and we sort everything else together from scratch.

Your package includes a plain-English setup guide so you can edit things yourself. These are just text files, no code needed. And if you get stuck, you can always book a consult.

Pay & book · $350 AUD

You'll also need a paid AI plan to run your setup. I use Claude Pro, around $34 AUD/month, and I'll help you sort it on our call.

  1. Fill in my intake form

Your goals, tools, working style, and how you want your AI to sound. Takes about 10 minutes.

  2. I build your starter skills and filing system

Custom starter skills for the tasks you repeat, plus a foundational filing system, all built around how you work.

  3. You receive your setup as a ready-to-load file package

Everything packaged up and ready to go. No guessing, no Googling.

  4. One-hour live setup call

We load everything together on a Google Meet call. You see exactly how it works, ask questions, and leave with it running.

You come out of this with your AI actually running for your business, not just a course you've watched and a tab you've got open.

Workflows that run without you.

Some jobs in your week follow the same steps every time. Those are the ones I automate, connecting the tools you already use so they talk to each other and the job simply gets done.

I build the workflow for you, test it, and hand it over already running. You tell me the problem. I build the solution.

  • Payment received in Stripe → receipt email + bookkeeper notification
  • Google Form submitted → spreadsheet row added + confirmation email sent
  • New Notion task created → Slack message to the right team member
  • Lead enquiry received → CRM entry created + first follow-up email
  • Stock threshold hit → purchase order email sent to supplier
  • Job status changed → client notification email + internal Slack update
  • New booking in Acuity or Calendly → intake form + CRM entry + resources sent
  • Social post approved in Notion → scheduled and published automatically

I build in n8n, an automation platform that links the tools you already use. It connects Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Airtable, Stripe, WooCommerce, Xero, Calendly, Acuity, Typeform, Fillout, and hundreds more. If you use it, there is a good chance we can connect it.

Automations start from $1,000 AUD depending on complexity. Simple single-trigger workflows sit at the lower end. Multi-step, multi-tool workflows with conditional logic sit higher. Fill in the enquiry form and I will give you a straight answer on what yours would cost.

New client enquiry → full onboarding chain

Enquiry form submitted → Google Drive folder created → Notion row added → welcome email sent → Slack notification to you. Five things done before you even see the message.

Overdue invoice → follow-up sequence

Unpaid invoice detected at 7 days → first chase email sent → second at 14 days → Slack alert to you at 21 days. No manual chasing, no spreadsheet to check.

Booking confirmed → prep flow

Calendar booking received → intake form sent automatically → client added to your CRM → reminder email scheduled 24 hours before the appointment.

These are examples. Every workflow is built for your specific business and tools.

1-hour consult · $297 AUD

Bring your problem.
Leave with a plan.

You have been sitting with a question for a while: about AI, your systems, why something isn't working the way you thought. Let's use an hour to work through it properly. You fill in a short form, I read it, and if I can help, we get on a Google Meet and actually solve it together, in plain English.

How it works

  1. Fill in a short form (5 minutes)

Tell me what you're working on and what you need help with.

  2. I'll review and confirm

I read every form myself. If I can help, I'll send a $297 AUD payment link, usually within 48 hours.

  3. We meet on Google Meet

60 minutes, just the two of us, working through your problem and leaving with a clear action plan.

Let's work this out together

Fill in the intake form (takes 5 minutes). I'll read everything you share and be in touch within 48 hours. If I can help, I'll send you a payment link and we'll book a time.

Open the intake form

No automatic booking. I'll reach out personally after reviewing your form.

Common questions

60 minutes on Google Meet, focused entirely on your selected topic. I read your intake form beforehand so we can get straight into it. After the call you get a recording, a full transcript, and a summary document you can start acting on straight away.
I'll review your form first. If I can help, I'll send you a payment link for $297 AUD. You pay, then you book a time that works for both of us. If I don't think I can add value, I'll refer you on or help as much as I can via email.
This works best if you have a specific AI or systems problem to work through, not a vague feeling that things could be better. If you're at the 'something isn't working and I can't figure out why' stage, this is for you. If you want ongoing support as you build, the membership waitlist is a better fit.
That's fine. Describe what's been frustrating you in the intake form and we'll find the right focus together when we meet. Clarity is a valid outcome.

About Steph

Honestly? I've always been slightly obsessed with figuring out how things could work better.

I'm Steph Bartram and I love building the thing that lets everything else grow: a good old fashioned system. And apparently, AI loves a good system too. So we've become good friends and I'm here to bring you into the fold too.

My love for systems is threaded through my entire career. Back in 2010 teaching in Fitzroy Crossing in the Kimberley, one of Australia's most remote communities, I had four students turning up when I first arrived. Nineteen were coming every day by the time I left two years later, not because I changed the curriculum, but because I built a system.

Then came building an independent direct sales business from a country town of 2,500 people in Victoria while raising three kids under the age of two. From just me, to a team of 50+ people nationwide and $10k a month, in fifteen months. The only way that was ever going to work was with a system. One I could run from home, that didn't depend on me being everywhere at once.

From there I moved into allied health, eventually leading a national organisation from three contractors to a team of 40 people, supporting 5,000+ families across the country. Same job as always: build a strong, systemised foundation and help everyone around you work with it.

When AI came onto the scene for me in 2024, I did what I always do. I started learning everything I could. I built my employer's first AI operating system for the marketing department: not a chatbot, a real system with persistent memory that held everything the business needed to know. For the first time I could see what this was actually capable of. And every day that capability grows.

Nearly everyone I speak with feels overwhelmed and unsure where to even begin with shifting from having a chat with ChatGPT to building an actual system that supports them. That's why Steph Does Systems exists. I'm not the guru who found it easy or was formally trained in data science. I'm someone who figures things out, builds it herself, and then shows other people how.

I don't think AI is magic. I think it's a tool. And like any tool, it works a lot better when someone shows you how to use it properly.
